Our specialty is the SME class of businesses, ranging from 25 to 150 users. We offer IT Service and Procurement solutions from A to Z, our clients have stayed with us for over 20 years and have helped us become the longest independent IT & Computer Services Company in Alberta.

We are looking for 3 very dynamic Business Development Managers with a minimum of 3 years experience in a related B2B Technology Field.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to sell IT Services, Computer Hardware and Software solutions to SME accounts within your assignment. Your job duties will include prospecting for new business and finding opportunities for Services, Hardware and Software. You will be required to achieve your quota by consistently performing the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will also be responsible for completing customer needs analysis, identifying pressure points for all accounts as well as doing proposals, product demonstrations and presentations.

Qualifications:

The ideal background would include the ability to cold call and create possibilities. The person we are seeking will ideally bring at least 3 years of hunting experience in corporate Calgary with an exceptional track record of results. To succeed in this position you must be entrepreneurial, driven, personally motivated, and goal oriented attitude is a must!

The people we are hiring will be truly motivated to drive revenue for this growing company.

General knowledge of the IT Industry is a great asset, communication skills and winning attitude is as important.

These positions are available immediately for the TOP GUN individual.

You will be offered a base salary and bonus to a higher level than Industry standards with a total package exceeding 40% of GP. This is a results oriented compensation package with a target of 150K per annum.

Startech offers an Extended Medical, Dental plan.

You must present yourself as a winner, dress for success and as such you will drive a vehicle that is not over 5 years old, which will reflect your success and personality, car allowance and business expenses will be part of the total package .
