It is important to recycle your technological waste safely, securely, and efficiently. Most new technology has a provincially mandated surcharge for recycling, to encourage the reduction of e-waste. We offer an efficient & environmentally-friendly program for generating minimal e-waste and maximum use of your IT assets. Startech works with Calgary recycling industry leaders to manage equipment disassembly, component sorting, and downstream processing as appropriate.
Prior to disposal, storage media needs to be "sanitized" to ensure key corporate files (both data, and software under licence) do not remain, especially when assets are being sold, donated to charity, or otherwise re-used.
