StarCare® is a customizable IT Services program designed for the way your company uses IT and the needs that you have.
StarCare® is based on a pre-purchased block of hours at a pre-determined rate calculated on the basis of usage.
The most common plan is where one of our Technical Team members attend either weekly or bi-weekly basis on-site to provide on-going preventive maintenance and proactive services on all IT resources covering the File Servers, Backup Devices, Communications Infrastructure, Workstations, Printers, PDA’s and all other peripheral devices.
StarCare® starts by developing an in depth understanding of where the client is at and what their challenges have been. From there a plan of action is developed and all information is cataloged in a binder and electronically to better provide the technical information to the IT personnel responding to any problems. Any IT deficiencies are noted and a proposal is presented to our clients’ management. Upon acceptance of our proposal, StarCare® becomes a maintenance plan.
Getting Starcare Support
All requests for service are answered by a live person and a technical member of our team is informed within minutes via email to a portable PDA. In most cases services can be provided on very short notice via remote connectivity. All StarCare® clients are required to provide remote connectivity to Startech’s Senior StarCare® Team Leader to better deliver troubleshooting solutions. This plan covers the implementation of a StarCare® email account that alerts 3 levels of the StarCare® team that you have a problem that requires attending to.
